Service Delivery Policy

Bright Day Events is a service-based event management business. We do not sell or ship physical goods directly. This policy explains how we deliver our services and related digital materials.
1. Nature of Services
Our deliverables are professional event planning, design, coordination, and production services performed in person at the agreed event location and/or remotely as set out in the signed proposal.
2. Service Timeline
- Consultation: Scheduled within 1 – 3 business days of inquiry.
- Proposal & Quote: Issued within 3 – 5 business days of the consultation.
- Planning Phase: Begins immediately upon receipt of the signed proposal and retainer; duration varies by event scope.
- Event Delivery: Performed on the contracted event date(s).
- Post-Event Wrap-up: Final invoice, vendor reconciliation, and project close-out within 14 business days of the event.
3. Digital Deliverables
Digital materials such as mood boards, renders, run-of-show documents, and final invoices are delivered electronically by email to the address on file. Invoices are issued as itemized PDF documents and include applicable taxes and fees.
4. Service Area
We primarily serve clients across Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. Engagements outside this area are available on request and may include reasonable travel and accommodation costs, disclosed in the proposal.
5. Physical Items
Where the engagement includes printed materials, rentals, or other physical items, these are sourced from and delivered by trusted vendors directly to the event venue under our coordination. Vendor delivery terms are documented in the proposal.
6. Communication
Throughout the engagement you will have a single point of contact at Bright Day Events via email at sales@brightdayevent.com and phone at +1 (321) 352-1283. We respond to messages within one business day during Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET • Sat: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.
7. Acceptance & Quality
Services are deemed accepted upon completion of the event unless a written notice of concern is received within seven (7) days. Concerns are addressed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
