How far in advance should I book?

For full-service weddings, 9–14 months is ideal. For day-of coordination, we typically book 3–6 months ahead. Corporate events and parties depend on guest count and venue availability — reach out and we'll tell you honestly.

What types of events do you plan?

Weddings, corporate galas, birthdays, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, social galas, fundraisers, and intimate private dinners. If it's a celebration, we'd love to hear about it.

Do you offer day-of coordination only?

Yes. Our day-of package includes a 4–6 week ramp where we take over vendor communication, finalize timelines, run rehearsal, and lead event day with an on-site coordinator and assistant.

What is included in a full-service package?

Unlimited planning meetings, vendor sourcing and contracts, design and florals direction, budget management, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and a lead planner plus assistant on event day.

Question 5

How do payments and deposits work?

A 30% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remainder is split into milestone payments tied to planning phases, with the final balance due 14 days before your event. See our Billing Terms for full detail.

Do you work with outside vendors?

Absolutely. We have trusted partners across PA, but we're happy to work with vendors you've already booked or want to bring in. We do a brief compatibility review to make sure they meet our event-day standards.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Rescheduling is generally accommodated subject to availability and any vendor fees. Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy, which protects both parties fairly.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Millheim and serve all of Central Pennsylvania, including State College, Bellefonte, Lewisburg, Williamsport, and Altoona. Destination events elsewhere in PA and neighboring states are quoted individually.
