These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brightdayevent.com and any event planning services provided by Bright Day Events LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide event planning, design, and coordination services as outlined in a signed service agreement. The agreement, together with these Terms, is the complete understanding between you and Bright Day Events LLC.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely information about your event
- Make decisions and approvals within reasonable timeframes
- Pay all invoices according to the agreed schedule
- Treat our team and third-party vendors with respect
3. Vendor Relationships
We facilitate vendor relationships but each vendor contracts directly with you. We are not responsible for any third-party vendor's acts, omissions, or service failures.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to Bright Day Events LLC for the specific event.
5. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, illness, government action, or acts of God.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, design boards, and proposals remain the intellectual property of Bright Day Events LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Photography
We may photograph your event for portfolio use. You may opt out by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect on the date of your signed service agreement controls that engagement.
