Our goal is to make every client feel heard and respected. If a concern arises, this policy explains how we handle it.

1. Direct Communication First

Most concerns are resolved quickly when raised early. Please contact Marcia Franklin directly at book@brightdayevent.com or (681) 293-3638. We commit to responding within 3 business days.

2. Written Notice

If a concern is not resolved through direct communication, please submit a written notice of dispute detailing the issue, the relief sought, and supporting documentation. We will respond in writing within 15 business days.

3. Mediation

Unresolved disputes shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Centre County, Pennsylvania, with a mediator mutually selected by the parties. Mediation costs are split equally.

4. Binding Arbitration

If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 60 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Centre County, Pennsylvania.

5. Class-Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Bright Day Events LLC waive any right to participate in a class action against the other.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

7. Exception

Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of that court.
